Hi! I'm Leigh! I am a licensed real estate broker, top producing realtor in Baton Rouge and the lead realtor of one of the top teams, The Leigh Moss Group.
Year over year, I am consistently in the top 1% of all local realtors. They say if you love what you do, you'll never work a day in your life and that is so true for me. I absolutely love what I do and I would love the opportunity to earn your business too!
I am an Enneagram 3, type A as they come... I live for a great Netflix series to binge watch, am obsessed with my family, and I swear I started the blush pink revolution before anyone else.
ONCE UPON A TIME
I was in health care for a big local health system for 10 years...
I always knew I wanted to get into real estate but the time was never "right". After we had our first baby, the time was finally right. I took a huge leap of faith, got my real estate license and got to work!
It has been a wild ride in real estate ever since the day I decided to take that leap of faith!
In 2015, I got my real estate license working as a solo agent. I worked tirelessly and sold over $10,000,000 in real estate that year. I didn't know it at the time but that was a huge number. To put it in perspective, most realtors in Baton Rouge only sell a small fraction of that each year.
In 2017, I started my own team, The Leigh Moss Group, and continued to grow the business.
In 2020, I obtained my real estate license in Alabama focusing predominately on the Gulf Coast and Mobile Bay areas.
In 2021, I opened my own brokerage ,Highland Road Realty, and moved my team over + brought on new solo agents.
Reese is our pup of 10yrs and counting. She is an imperial Shih Tzu (a mini) and runs.our.house. Small dog with a GIANT personality...can you relate?
My BIG WHY:
I come from 2 very successful local family owned businesses here in Baton Rouge. I have so much pride to be able to say those businesses belong to my family. I opened Highland Road Realty to create a business legacy for our kids in our community that they can be proud of for years to come like I am of our family businesses.
